请问都签了OTP,屋主才去估价,其中会不会有什么猫腻?最近看了很多房子,中介都说估价on the way,等我们谈好了COV,付了1000定金。中介才说下个礼拜去估价,要等到2周以后才能知道估价。可我们不到两个礼拜就要签OTP,付另外4000.这其中会不会有什么猫腻?
比如:屋主等谈好COV后,再去找一个比别人估价高的估价师去估价(因为一个屋主不同的估价师能相差20K)。这样等买家看到估价后已经来不及反悔了,因为已经签了OTP了。
