路过问一句，一般公司HR从收到简历到第一次回复申请人的时间是多久？

还有坐等每个行业的简历格式，凡人姐姐要是能早点发这个帖就好了。。。

我先简单点的说个例子：例一一份marketing executive的JD： 1. liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations; 2. communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; 3. sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign; 4. managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs; 5. writing and proofreading copy; 6. liaising with designers and printers; 7. organising photo shoots; 8. arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials; 9. maintaining and updating customer databases; 10. organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions; 11. sourcing and securing sponsorship; 12. conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups; 13. contribu (more...)

杯具，一直用的都是TIMES NEW ROMAN。。。

没有定式的，运气好你会马上收到一份自动回复。。。

汗，自动回复不算啦，只是觉得有些公司HR回复特别慢。。。

你有没有觉得换个格式字体清爽很多啊times new roman很多字的时候，感觉像好多蠕动的小蚯蚓。。。tahoma。。。看起来像机械蚯蚓，一板一眼的。

有一个问题请教一下在学校的求职培训上， 老师说不要放照片在简历上， 重要的是简历的内容。 凡人姐姐说要放个简历照片， 这个……， 有时候真的很迷惑啊。

投了就完全被丢垃圾桶的人默默飘过……

这个写需要花好多脑细胞的啊，我饿了，我先去吃东西了，囧

那个我记得好像是有分，投美国的都不该放照片，投新加坡的就可以

什么原因？

回答你这个问题前，先问自己：你读懂了每一份你申请的工作的JD了吗？对于现在大环境而言，留学生在本地的就业越来越艰难。所以要改变广撒网，捞到一个是一个的方针，而是要有针对性的去下饵。而成功率就在乎你对不同鱼群和种类的了解。 举个例子：现在有个公司招process engineer，给你一份JD你能看懂这份工作是做什么的么？那么对于公司而言你知道他们的产品是什么么？同样的title哪怕在同一个行业的不同公司，做的东西可能差别都很大。如果你是一个做FAB的process，跑去应征做后端封装公司的process engr，这个就不是特别符合。 作为fresh来说，不能理直气壮的：我刚毕业的我啥都不知道，但是我能学！为什么你不能自己提前学，非得等进了公司有人教呢？对于应征大公司的职位，我觉得很有必要去花一些时间去做做相关的资料收集和分析。因为你不知道自己会进哪一个部门，对于公司背景的全面了解是很有必要的。对于小公司而言，更注重的是行业和职位的理解：这个公司是什么行业的，这个行业发展前景如何，适不适合新人加入，这个职位本身是干嘛的。 你能从JD里读出这些信息，你才能有针对性的去修改自己的简历。这就好像写作文的审题过程。题都没审清楚，不清楚出题人的立意在哪里，就贸然动笔，之后 (more...)

浅谈写简历二：关键词今天挺累的，刚到家不久。所以不易写大肠贴，我写两句就去休息了。 我想说说第二个要点，这一点一般有经验的大多不会犯同样的毛病，但是fresh会比较欠缺，就是关键词KEY WORDS的问题。 其实这个跟之前有人问的：如何有针对的去写一份简历，答案是相关联的的。在说这个之前，我先跟大家简单说一下猎头是怎么工作的。 通常猎头拿到一份“订单”，要填补某个职位空缺，需要跟雇主拿这些信息：JD，薪水预算，几年工作经验，什么专业背景，是否紧急招聘等。有这些基本上就可以制定自己的工作计划了。如果是高层点的职位，还会问更细节的问题：比如是否需要管理经验，管理大概多大的团队，是否需要对某些国家市场的了解或者工作经验，竞争对手公司包括哪些，甚至上下级的关系，喜好等。 拿到这些信息，比较专业的猎头还会跟雇主商量来分个类：哪些要求是必要条件(MH, MUST HAVE，少了这个就不考虑了), 哪些是非必要但锦上添花的条件（NH, NICE TO HAVE，没有也可以考虑，有的话就优先考虑）。 这个也知道了，基本上就开始找人了。找人也分两种：一种只是从DATA BASE去搜索简历，找出符合要求的去联系，这种主要针对中低级职位的招聘；一种是“猎头”，一般是针对高层或者专业性很强 (more...)

我的意思是要是能在招聘季开始前1,2个月要能看到这个帖子就好了。。。不过我现在亡羊补牢应该也还来得及。。。凡人姐姐可以考虑开培训班收学费。。。=）
