漫谈象棋人才
黄少龙（中国象棋大师、南开大学教授）

2004年有幸参观碧山象棋会举办较大规模的学生棋赛，整个赛程井井有条，善始善终，表明碧山棋会人才济济，合作融洽。不禁想起：办好象棋活动，关键在象棋人才。象棋事业需要六种人才：棋手、裁判员、象棋活动组织者、理论与宣传工作者、象棋教练员、象棋产业经营者。

棋手是最重要的人才，棋手的棋力高低及人数多少，关系到棋会的兴旺与否。如果拥有一两位棋王，棋会的影响力将大大增强。其他五种人才，不论棋力高低，都应该是棋手出身，才会热爱象棋，自愿献身于这项事业。

裁判员是棋赛不可缺少的人才，要提高裁决业务水平，保证棋赛顺利进行。

象棋活动组织者，是象棋活动的领军人物，应具备策划象棋活动并付诸实施的能力，团结各方面人员通力合作的能力。象棋活动如果没有组织者，棋界同仁就如一盘散沙。

象棋理论与宣传工作者，担负提高象棋水平及传播象棋的职责，他们阐明象棋的原理，揭开象棋的奥秘，使广大棋迷领悟到象棋的魅力，让更多的人理解并热爱象棋。长期以来，象棋研究较多地局限在经验层面上，缺乏理论与科学的整理，与当今高科技发展的社会不相适应。例如象棋战略原理，象棋史学、象棋与兵法、象棋心理学、 象棋对策论与象棋电脑技术、网络象棋等，都需要加强研究。为此，应培养具有较高棋力及较高科学文化修养的人才来做此类工作。

象棋教练员的任务，是指导棋手参赛争取好成绩。这就要求具备较高的棋力、丰富的临场经验、以及相当的棋艺理论水平、象棋心理学与教育学知识，通常由年老的棋王或棋界威望大的人担任教练，但需要加强理论修养并关注最新技术信息。

象棋产业经营者，是在市场经济中发展的开路先锋，目前特别需要这种人才，把象棋与市场经济挂起钩来。因为象棋属于文化范畴，是社会的上层建筑，应当建立在牢固的经济基础之上。如果离开经济，象棋就寸步难行。

以上六种人才，各有所用，不可缺一。棋会通过观察各会员的特性、能力，有意识地培养锻炼，参加培训班，是能造就所需人才。

for the postings in 悟入棋途, is it possible to have say 7 groups, i.e. by

others

or another possible groupings could be ..

technical
non-technical

then every 网友 could pick their own areas of interests to do the postings.

Frankly, I do not spend much times in those technical parts (棋局) as I think I am not able to contribute much in those areas since I started quite late in end 1998 and at my age now, as for other areas, I think I am still able to contribute from my background experiences.

As 网友 here, we should not just join in to complaint although this is a forum, we should also need to help to bring up the quality of the posts here, e.g. the net name in this forum may signal somethings also, e.g. 2008八连负 may not show as a good net name here as people may have negative feelings when seeing the name but could it having more hidden meanings ? So far, for all the three net names I used here, all are having special meanings to me.

I also wish to take note of 美好的理念与现存的体系可能是一种矛盾和对立，不可能一朝一夕就可实现。

不可能要求技术组为我们开发太多 虽然我们是人气大版 但是今天我们开了先河 明天更具人气的狮城财经版要开 股票group 外汇group 期货group 炒金group 地产group 后天狮城职场版要开 Engineering group, Insurance group, Manufacturing group, Banking & Finance group等等 恐怕天下大乱 呵呵

I brought up the suggestion here purely due to having feelings that some 网友 may just want to look at 棋局 only and nothing else.

So, with the current platform, what the 网友 can do is just do not read those postings if you do not like them.

Anyway, 上网表达己见应谨慎负责 ..... 所散布的信息将永存于互联网.....

and this is my top priority as long as I am still in the post of Acting Chairman. All members and EXCO members understand whether I plan all activities with an opened heart. Sometimes I forward those postings here by emails for EXCO members and members to read. Before joining 悟入棋途 in mid May 2007, we also use to internal emails system for EXCO members and members, of course, may be the sharing of thinkings over the net here is not a good way, I will bring this matter to the coming EXCO meeting and we may stop the publicity in 悟入棋途 and revert back to internal email system since some 网友 here do not feel comfortable with those postings.

I have explained very clearly about how I plan to treat my three lovers during the Bishan Xiangqi Club 6th Anniversary Celebration.

I did not touch on 悟入棋途, my 4th lover, as I plan to move over to SIXGA Forum as soon as it set up .....

My opinion: SIXGA is an offical website portal to publish info by administrator.
It is very unlikely to have Sixga forum.
在今年四月的象总网页小组讨论会上，达成的初步共识是sixga.org的将来继续是官方网页，而无附加论坛。

1. 大多数政府组织的官网都无论坛，附带论坛可能有碍其官方性
2. 大多无更多人力来编程和管理。网页和论坛的复杂性的差很多数量级。

this is the problem for not having brief of meeting notes from the 象总网页小组讨论会 and ended up how many still can remember those points discussed ? How to brief those who did not attend the meeting due to change of meeting schedule etc.

恐怕没什么人在发帖前给自己打个标签，说我这帖是专为政治而来的吧？分类是网友看过后自己的评定。禁止某一类的帖子是不可能的。即使说政治帖，和象棋新闻帖有很紧密的联系，新闻本身一般没有政治，但对新闻的讨论就很容易进入政治了。

对帖子分类的可行性，有赖于版主们的智慧。我个人认为意图虽好，却是不可行的。比如今年对全国赛的报导，有新闻，有棋局，有解说，有八卦，有历史，有借题发挥，都是一个话题引起另一个话题，强行拆散，就乏味了。如果要对主帖分区，对棋局还比较容易，例如分为棋局讨论，基本战术，古谱专区，进阶指南（初学者园地）等等。对于涉及到人事的帖子尤其是跟帖，就很难直接分类了。
