TH也太嚣张了，居然把04/05的intro video放在了自己的website上，里面engineer的场景，还有costume是一览无遗...看来TH今年对自己很有自信啊...
让我想起了今天下午一个TH junior说如何有信心赢得overall best float...
突然间对自己Hall的Float有点担心了...
Rag Team&Orientation Committee combine marketing就是有钱啊...

其实TH也不是很rich啦，只不过。。。听学长说TH里有一个超猛的女生，外号叫毛里求丝，TH rag差不多打扮的东西都是她到各大公司要来的。每年hall里发4000给rag,他一个人就能要到2000多的东西。
对于信心嘛。。。。的确是比较有的，因为rag的人好像每天都只睡4个多小时，这几个礼拜更是压根没什么睡眠[树荫 (8-5 12:32, Long long ago)]

只不过是一个best float,他们怎么不说他们从来没有赢过overall?eusoff去年6个奖项里面拿到了4个，包括best presentation, most enviomental,flag and overall。
temasek 在rag and flag 里面也就是float可以看一看，至于overall，也就是shears和eusoff的争夺了。今年eusoff已经拿下了flag~!![香蕉 (8-5 13:46, Long long ago)]

(引用 香蕉:只不过是一个best float,他们怎么不说他们从来没有赢过overall?eusoff去年6个奖项里面拿到了4个，包括best presentation, most envioment...)至于有钱没有钱这个里面更有猫腻，不少Hall的Orientation Committee&Rag Team combine marketing,用orientation committee的钱填Rag Team。呵呵呵，每年新生在不知情的情况下就被GIRO扣了一笔钱做Matric Pack Fee,加上Master Fund里给orientation committee的钱，整个orientation的预算超过了10K.呵呵呵，一个orientation怎么用了那多钱，剩下钱不用掉也是充公给了Office of Finance,自然全部资助给了Rag Team.这笔钱还是桌子底下操作，要不然Rag Team的帐单会爆棚，影响lost cost award...
亏钱...呵呵呵...Rag Team亏钱就是为了挣lowest cost award太狠了一点，自掏饮料费，充作welfare...一般不会吧...何况大多数committee在外面都有私底下的秘密户头,年年填钱，增加cash flow...

Alumni of course will donate, but most pre-flag is from sponsorship itself. If you got any friend from EH, just ask about the matric pack this year, i dun think all of them are from alumni-related companies, right?

There is no secret inside it!

如果您没看清楚的话,in that video, the engineer doing stuff and costume areall from past year footage. There is no detail stuff about 04/05 float or rag dancer at all.
Reason being, when pp went down to film rag pp doing rag weeks ago, they are all lazy hanging there, or play around........that's why for this year, TH dare not to 嚣张 at all, cause this year rag team is far behind schedule......[panther (8-6 4:18, Long long ago)]
