跟客服联系过,确实涨了话说我前面两张单,一月底下的,到现在还没收到货,正常吗?货到了以后是送货上门的吗?要是家里没人,会给打电话之类的吗?

delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are not provided with
tracking information for orders shipped via DHL. These packages generally
arrive in 7-14 business days. On all international orders we must wait 21
business days to do a replacement order or credit. This is due to holds
that may occur in customs. You will need to provide us with proof that the
package is not being held by customs we will be glad to issue a
replacement for the package. If you are unable to provide this
documentation we can issue a credit for the items minus a 20% restocking
fee. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If there
is anything else I can help you with please let me know.
