就事论事吧摆在眼前的是:
1.你在下风.你说的没错.可以要求屋主给证据.就当屋主也没照片,他有Inventory List啊.合理的解释是如果有问题,你为什么签.
2.至少有一部分你有错.比如粘勾子,走的时候留下杂物.
3.你恐怕一定要交学费了.
你可以做的有:
1.把你的中介找出来.他收了你的钱,必须维护你的利益.他已经犯了很多错.如果他不理你,你和他说你会去CEA投诉他.他去交涉好过你去.他应该比较熟悉这些问题,也应该比你厉害吵架.
2.协商一个由你负责的清单.
3.你自己找人完成或让屋主给你价钱,你觉得合理的话付钱.
4.最后协议要双方签字.
如果屋主说已经做好,给你一张天价帐单的话,之前有过类似问题的帖子.似乎就在本坛.可以参考.

我也是想要一个确认的项目单和报价单,而且想确保钱是全额付给装修商。
房东的agent非常凶猛,住户的agent一言不发。解住户的agent是在一年前就交全了中介费了,可惜不能分两次付款。房东的agent却非常凶,反差很大。房东在验房子的时候会给第二笔中介费吗?
这是房东中介给的第一笔报价单,昨晚又追加了一封很长的邮件,意思是想继续索要, 不过还没有给报价。
