本文从分析公司理财的基本含义及其主要内容，
重点针对公司理财的目标及公司理财的重点策略进行确定和选择，以保证公司的持续发展和利益最大化。

Summary
Along with the further development of economic innovation,
larger and larger proportion of our country's Gross National Product comes from international trade.
In our country, every company, no matter it is foreign capital or it is state capital,
is starting to operate on an international standard step by step.
Thus, the financial accountant of a company has to build a complete set of rules for supervision
and set up an efficient system for administration which can be adjust to control different departments of the company,
so as to correspond with the the ultimate objective of the company administration
and to make the organization of financial accountant to be self-restricting, self-supervising and self-improving.
Through an analysis of the basic meaning and the main content of financing in a company,
this article focuses on how to determine the aim and how to choose the correct strategy of financing in a company
so as to ensure the company persistent development and maximum benefit.
