2010 第五届新加坡碧山联谊赛 ? Yes, this was one of the proposals discussed in 18 July EXCO meeting and to be discussed further in the next one or two meetings.
With this proposal, we plan to rename all the past four 联谊赛 as :
第一届新加坡碧山联谊赛 -- 2004 新加坡”东””南”6 队联谊赛 to mark 碧山象棋会 2 周年会庆
第二届新加坡碧山联谊赛 -- 2005 新加坡中区4 队联谊赛 to mark 碧山象棋会 3 周年会庆
第三届新加坡碧山联谊赛 -- 2007 第二届新加坡中区4 队联谊赛 to mark 碧山象棋会 5 周年会庆
第四届新加坡碧山联谊赛 -- 2009 第三届新加坡中区4 队联谊赛 to mark 碧山象棋会 7 周年会庆
第五届新加坡碧山联谊赛 -- 2010 or later to mark future 碧山象棋会周年会庆, to invite
the above 4 or 6 teams and to include other teams if possible.
The next two EXCO meetings are to be held in Sep/Oct 2009 and Jan/Feb 2010.
Yes, heard about new name for 淡滨尼东 from 李魁勉 during 碧山象棋会7周年会庆, .........in this case, our initial plan of 2010 第二届新加坡”东””南”6队联谊赛 needs to have a better name to mark 周年会庆.
