碧山象棋会年讯 2009 has provided some (棋队与棋手资料) information in Pages 6 to 12.

2004 新加坡象棋总会70周年会庆特辑 has provided information on Grade A players until 2004.

新加坡象棋总会 website has provided information on graded 棋手等绩分 until 2001 if they joined the 象总全国个人赛 competitions within the last 5 years.

With the same concept, we may just wish to maintain the 棋手资料 records for 5 years, say 2005 to 2009, or 2006 to 2010, or 2007 to 2011, or 2008 to 2012, ..... to build on the present records of 2007 to 2009.

For Bishan internal use, we will have the grading conditions of : --

基本级之外，其他等级棋手必须在三年内至少完成一次比赛及五年内完成三次比赛(四年外多次比赛以一次计算)

when members join 全国个人赛, Bishan internal competitions and other competitions e.g. Kampong Glam individual events, Tanjong Pagar event etc.
