condo和apartment的区别本来以为是按照盘子大小决定的
最近突然发现
500多户的rivergate是apartment
100多户的INSPIRA居然是condo
怎么会这样 大神们来讲讲吧

搜到某guru上说占地面积要大于4000平米是condo 不过我给的两个例子就显然不是按照大小区分的
