不是这样看的rivergate在master plan里面不是纯住宅用地是residential with commercial use at first storey.比如说旧一点的centris,compass height或者新一点的sengkang grand，the woodleigh residences,pasir ris 8 都是classfied as Apartment status.
在propertyguru查了下这几个condo
除了woodleigh residences是apartment之外，其他四个都是condominium
