3) In the event that the Sellers and/or the authorised occupiers do not vacate the Flat at

方案一要价每天赔200，他们拒绝。
方案二，把主人房空出来，我们淘宝来的建材先放进去，每天赔50，他们还是拒绝
方案三，每天150，共3450，全部支付现金，住到6月14日，成交
其中卖家出2K， 卖方中介出1K，我方中介从酬金里扣450。

在双方律师中介及HDB officer的面前，买卖双方签字确认，给了钱，才做completion。
