职总：今年裁员人数料上升 企业应提早通知重组计划 - LAZADA后遗症？全球大环境充满变数，经济逆风又持续，全国职工总会预计今年裁员人数将呈上升趋势。职总呼吁有意进行企业重组的公司，应事前告知工会裁员计划，以便及早介入商讨更好的遣散配套，并通过就业辅导等方式协助受影响员工。

职总秘书长黄志明星期二（2月6日）在政府发表2024年财政预算案前，召开媒体汇报会。他说，职总理解一些企业要调整业务结构，但在农历新年前裁员，对受影响的雇员而言，会带来巨大的心理压力。
