citibank年费waiver问题打电话年费waive了，但是收到消息说不能抵扣当于账单，只能抵扣下月账单，这期还是要全额还款，这样里面额度就会多了：
The annual membership fee on your Credit card/ Ready Credit account ending 8888 has been waived. The amount waived will be reflected on your Citi Mobile App after 1 business day and it will be offset against your next statement balance. Please proceed to make full payment for your current statement. Thank you for being a loyal Citi customer! :)
