现在大家生活在法治社会，除了法还有人情 ，我们都得了解下，法是怎么说的，人情又是如何处理的，这样大家在自己的个案中才会心中有数 ，进退有度。
我觉得你是个认真的人，好像也是个法律专业人士，或即将是？我同样也是个认真的人，只是我是个好问好学的未来老太太。
我很欣赏你对工作的认真态度。

ICA的回复，确定婚生子女只能跟爸爸姓2 We wish to clarify that the Registry of Births and Deaths, Singapore maintains records of births and deaths, and administers the legislation as stipulated in the Registration of Births and Deaths Act (Chapter 267). Section 10 (1) of the Act stipulates that any surname of a child to be entered in respect of the registration of birth of the child, shall be that of the father of the child; but where the child is illegitimate and the father is not an informant of the birth, the surname, if any, shall be that of the mother of the child.
