We are highly efficient at sourcing and pairing the candidates. As our business has expanded, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Qualities that we appreciate are: Minimum Diploma in any discipline Prior experience in administrative assistance Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint,Excel) Good communication skills Available immediately or within short notice is preferable Your Responsiblities: Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team. Handle administrative duties such as data entry, printing, scanning and organization of files. Checking of reimbursement claims. Organize and coordinate interviews, events, meetings and appointments when required. Ensure daily cleanliness and maintenance of coffee machine, etc. Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, and pantry inventories. Post box maintenance and mailing tasks. Act as receptionist while on duty; assisting walk-in guests and attendance to phone call. Any other job relations to Office Administrative, assigned by manager.
