如果一间学校有超过20名过260的（而此校没有GEP班），就是很好的邻里小学！
PSLE>=260，基本上是top 3%。如果六年级毕业生有200名，就有10%>260， 远远超过了平均值。
260以上不算top 3%吧
小六会考的积分是T-score来算的：
T=50+10*(X-Y)/Z
Where:
X is the pupil’s mark for the subject
Y is the average mark (mean) scored by all the pupils
Z is the spread of the marks around the average mark (standard deviation)
