These packages generally arrive in 7-14 business days. On all international orders we must wait 21 business days to do a replacement order or credit. This is due to holds that may occur in customs. You will need to provide us with proof that the package is not being held by customs we will be glad to issue a replacement for the package. If you are unable to provide this documentation we can issue a credit for the items minus a 20% restocking fee. Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
