【房】请问买resale hdb,拿bank loan,可以用hdb的律师吗？如题。HDB官网写的是“HDB provides legal service when you : buy an HDB flat, sell your hdb flat ，refinance your hdb flat. whether you are taking a loan from hdb or from the banks”
可是卖家中介告诉我们，拿bank loan不可以用hdb的律师
HDB律师费大概800多块钱，但是貌似还有多一笔银行那边的律师费，不知道会是多少钱呢？
大家请律师一般的花费是多少？有没有便宜靠谱的律师推荐？谢谢~

(a) Mortgagor's fees
HDB may act for you, the mortgagor. There shall be a minimum mortgagor's fee of $20 for acting in the mortgage. (There shall also be a minimum fee of $20 for acting in the purchase)
(b) Mortgagee's fees
HDB cannot act for your mortgagee bank. The bank will therefore engage its own lawyers to prepare the relevant loan documentation. You will be required to pay legal fees to them in addition to the legal fees set out above. Please check directly with your bank as to the fees that you will have to pay to your bank's lawyers.
