UOB的3个配套
Package A: 2 years fixed rate 2 years lock in
Year 1: 1.95% (fixed)
Year 2: 1.95% (fixed)
Thereafter: 1.95% (MR + 1.10%)

. 2 years fixed rate
. 2 years lock in
. No partial and full redemption with in the 2 year
. Free one time conversion after lock in period
. Waiver of full redemption penalty if due to sale of property

Package B: 3 years fixed rate 3 years lock in
Year 1: 2.08% (fixed)
Year 2: 2.08% (fixed)
Year 3: 2.08% (fixed)
Thereafter: 1mth SIBOR + 0.65%

. 3 years fixed rate
. 3 years lock in
. No partial and full redemption within the 3 years
. Free one time conversion after lock in period
. Waiver of full redemption penalty if due to sale of property

Package C: 2 years lock in
Year 1: 1.65% (MR + 0.80%)
Thereafter: 1.65% (MR + 0.80%)

. Base on Bank Mortgage Rate (MR) which is currently 0.85%
. 2 years lock in
. Flexibility to do partial payment during lock in period as long as loan outstanding is more than $200k
. Free one time conversion should Mortgage Rate increase during lock in period
. Waiver of full redemption penalty if due to sale of property
