两年前的OCBC贷款前三年可以做partial repayment,每次最少5千,剩余贷款不能少于5万就可以。三年后就可以随时还清。无论怎样,都没有手续费,罚款之类的。
感觉partial repayment还是很划算,因为你还的钱都是直接减少本金的。假设partial repayment还1万,那么贷款余额就少一万。不像平时的monthly installment,每月还1千,也只有100或200多用到本金上,大部分还是还的利息。
uob有一个一年的配套, 1.98%, 可以partial repayment,只要贷款还多于100k就可以
