OCBC is 1st yr 3 mths SOR + 0.9% -- first disbursement starts approx in 2010 2nd yr 3 mths SOR + 1.0 % -lock in ends in 2012 Thereafter 3 mths SOR + 1.25% Current indicative SOR = 0.7% approx which can be obtained form business time daily. 个人觉得OCBC得好，请给点意见。谢拉。
