I don't understand, why on the one hand commentators are bullish,about future trend, on the other hand we see developers rush out their projects in clusters lately, in an attempt to capture the market today.
It appears they think differently.

所以相信不管涨或跌，都自然有一定的幅度，不至于太离谱
即使政府不干预，市场供求的变化也会自然调节，
当然，比起政府干预，肯定会来的慢很多
