他的custom invoice里没有填75的discount。大了好几个电话了都 ：（
ups说如果VS提供一些资料他可以帮忙从custom申请refund，但是要6个月到一年!! 黄瓜菜都凉了。。现在试试refund也不知道能approved么

貌似只有这单中了这种情况，哎。。。
