我刚问了UPS他也说应该是可以算折后价的

但是VS回邮件说“Please note that the special offer is not taken off the merchandise itself, it is taken off the order based on the merchandise subtotal. Therefore, customs will assess duties on the full price of the merchandise.”
他的custom invoice里没有填75的discount。大了好几个电话了都 ：（
ups说如果VS提供一些资料他可以帮忙从custom申请refund，但是要6个月到一年!! 黄瓜菜都凉了。。现在试试refund也不知道能approved么

貌似只有这单中了这种情况，哎。。。
