===================关于这次的事故==================
哎,本来想今晚上来大吐口水的,起码可以发泄下我对aero不满的情绪,可是算完账单已经很晚了。简单的描述一下事件经过吧,这样以后大家遇到同样的问题也知道该怎么办。其实也是我太心急,而且经验实在太浅,又或者是我第一次团的太顺利了,所以。。。。。。
当我下完第一单的时候我收到了aero发给我的 confirmation mail,紧接着我又收到一封邮件,标题为:
Your order #9226532557 has been cancelled
邮件的内容为:
Dear vPayment E4X,
Order number: 9226532557 Your item(s)order/has been cancelled. At this time your order has been cancelled, if you feel your order was cancelled incorrectly please call us at (877) 289-2376.
我一看急了,怎么会把我整个order都取消了呢,可能有几件衣服没有码子了吧。我想着要赶紧再下一单,免得等下更多的码子没有了。于是我又把所有的东西选了一遍,发现的确有两件衣服没有了,然后还庆幸幸亏手快,赶紧又下了一单。我担心我理解错了他的意思,我还特地发了一封邮件过去,内容如下:
I just received a mail inform me that my order 9226532557 has been
cancelled. I have checked my order, it may due to some pieces no stock.
If in this case, the cancellation is cancel my whole order right? It is
not only remove the items which is no stock, is it? And I have placed a
new order 7392323018 to replace the old one. Could you help me to check
about this? Appreciate your kindly help! Thanks!
接着就是等着她的回复,等了一天,终于:
We appreciate your orders with us. According to our records, only your
Striped Henley in Floral White was cancelled off of your order
9226532557. Unfortunately, another customer placed their order within
seconds of yours and this item did not go out of stock until their order
was placed. We apologize that we were unable to determine that the items
were out of stock before your order placement. The rest of your order
9226532557 is being processed for shipment. Please keep in mind,
7392323018 was your temporary order number. According to our records,
your order 7392344818 is being processed in full and there are no issues
with this order. You will receive shipment confirmation emails with your
updated DHL tracking information for both orders within 4-6 business
days. Please note, the total delivery timeframe for your orders is 6-11
business days.
我一看就蒙了啊,他们家的邮件太让我误解了。我赶紧发邮件过去说我要取消后面一个订单,结果他说不能取消,退货倒是可是,不过要自己承担邮费。我真的是无路可退啊。我感觉推这么一大箱子东西去美国应该要好多钱吧,万一我退了他说他没收到我不是更死。所以。。。。。。我还是在美轮美奂上转了吧。哎!这次就当我买了大教训。下次一定要double confirm了再re-order。其实我觉得我要求取消订单非常的合情合理,他们太不flexible了。 我认了!最后还是谢谢每一位安慰我的朋友,我应该星期天会在家整理所有的衣服,然后发转帖在美轮美奂。请大家多多留意啊!谢谢了!
