微信上最近转了篇文章说今年8月份，PR要等三年才能买组屋的政策就取消了，新PR可以直接买组屋了。
难道不是真的吗？！
那个说的是当年的新PR如今可以买组屋了吧...
因为限制政策是2013年8月出的啊，当年的新PR年头拿到身份，动作快的已经在政策前买了房，慢的就得等到今年才能买房，这是那文章说今年会有PR买家入场的原因吧，并不是说今年取消了PR要等三年的规定。
HDB规定目前依然是这样：
