since he got tenure...his attitude changed. and when he realized no one wants to come and the lab size is shrinking...hehe... but to tell the truth, I felt I am much more productive than before even if I worked at least 2 hours less everyday. I like to work longer now, however, I got to go back and take care of the kid.:)
