IT sector or non IT sector? A) Tech: programming-> archetect -> CTO IT certificates, master in particular subject will help Mgt: programmer -> project management -> .. some project mgt courses, MBA, are typical well, if you are ambitious enough, take both. B) IF u opt to nonIT career, get prepared earlier. the earlier, the better and the higher success rate.when u start earlier, you have less obligation and commitment. A course/degree or a certificate is particular helpful in caree switching. e.g. ACCA in accouting, MFE in finance. to know more about career opportunities in other sectors, suggest that you can attend seminars organized by Huasing. and lastly, this is based on SG market.
