大象叔叔, 如果你在偶的位置上呢?偶的那个同事也不是什么都不做, 只是觉得他把偶的credit一起揽过去了. 现在做的这个project, 有些东东还需要那个同事来做, 所以也还没打算要当面撕破脸.. 有点人在屋檐下的感觉..
其实也想过假如说偶故意捣捣乱, 给点misleading的info, 看他怎么往上交代. 但是觉得这样太不professional了, 无论怎么样first priority还是应该keep everything moving forward..
Why not be more active in presenting yourself?
Try to discuss this issue with you boss and see what's his opinion. You can even volunteer to be the project coordinator.
When you have a good idea or accomplished a countable part of the project, just email to your colleague and cc your boss.
Practise your presentation skill and do well when you are presenting in project meeting or to the customer.

There are a lot of positive methods to deal with this. Never try to resolve this problem with your personal integrity as trade-off
