just a suggestion .......
庄才钧 is relatively "younger" in term of grade or age .....
may be someone from 青出于蓝队 (say 张友彬 or ...) can exchange places with him.
sorry to 哈哈 and haha, I only look at the conditions stated previously ...
may be in addition to the changes of the names of teams, should remove the conditions regarding ranges for age too. :)
