There were 22 graded players average per year during 2003 to 2008 with the maximum of 28 graded players in 2007 Group A. there are 9 players (4 Grade As and 5 Grade Bs) registered for 2009 Group A so far ......(21 Jun 2009 is the closing date.) what is the minimum number of players for Group A to proceed (10 or more ?) ? what is the maximum number of players for Group A to have 7 rounds (less than 20 ?) ? what is the minimum number of players for Group A to have 9 rounds (20 or more ?) ? Since when Top 8 instead of Top 12 will be promoted ?
