抛砖引玉 ..........I am trying to get the lists of graded players for 2002 and 2004 新加坡全国象棋个人赛 so that we can have the records of 7 years for the study, otherwise, we could just use the records of 2005 to 2009 (next year) if SIXGA could decide on the maximum number of years is 5.
To have a better system for Singapore Xiangqi Future, all xiangqi lovers should try to suggest whatever we could.

higher priority to look for 2004 data as compared to 2002 data ....
with 2004 data, we could start the study now if the maximum number of years is 6 or less. This could also provide information to help in the review of Bishan Grading System.
Furthermore, if we publish the 10-year data in 2012 when Bishan Xiangqi Club celebrating 10th Anniversary, we will need the data from 2003 to 2012.
