This is also the reason for me to bring up 8 + 1 instead of 7 + 2 after 几度 asked the question of 7 + 2 or 8 + 1 for “瑞士结合淘汰一局制” but it may be too late to change since the schedule has covered 7 + 2 method. In China, some events are using x + 1 method. SIXGA EXCO may wish to discuss after 2008 event regarding 9 + 0 , 8 + 1 or 7 + 2 for 2009 National Open. Of course, it is almost impossible to find a perfect solution, I guess.
