My enquiry is.....What is used as a basis for selecting seeded teams? Squad-wise, personally I feel 白沙东 is slightly stronger than 文礼A 和 波那维斯达A (No hard feelings to members from both teams :) )

Nee Soon South and SIXGA based on the name lists followed by assigning two seeded teams each to both groups.
Yes, good to see whether all 4 seeded teams are in suntec. :)
