15岁少年会员洪福阳（内部赛丙组冠军）取得第 22名，可喜可贺。

你两盘都是后手对到同一个人？好像没有深算啊，呵呵。象第2局，黑13、14回合，如果先走车2进3捉马，应该是能抢攻在前的。20回合也可以考虑马8进7，车四退一，马7进6，车四退二，车8平3，不过红车四进七或兵七进一，局面就很乱了。21回合还是可以车2进3的。28回合车2进8随手，应车3进2，帅五进一，车3退3准备车3平7，黑可以防守。一念之差，胜负易手。

两盘刚好对上同一个人，叫啥不知道第二盘觉得弃子有棋，就走了。当时忽视了退炮打车之后，红车塞象眼的威胁。不然的话就现走车2进3了，呵呵

This time Bishan sent 15 players with 14 players in the ground, i.e. only the team leader not playing.
the 5 graded players played 7 boards and scored 4 points only (with 2 major points counted).
the 9 non-graded players played 13 boards and scored 15 points (with 8 major points counted).
So, we scored 10 major points and 19 board points.
We were satisfied with the same ranking position of 8th as in Albert Square, a closer look at it, we missed a good chance of say at least in 3rd position as total of 7 teams with major points between 12 to 9.
to try harder next time .......

车六平四 and 车四平六, could 陈中和 help to check and complete the whole game.

棋人生这个布局明显是欺着嘛！炮2平3、车9平3都是欺着。这种棋至少亏了4-5先。比赛这样下未免过分。幸好输了。:P

得看对手。红这局进攻方向正确，黑不好走。起双横车抢肋道的计划是不能实现的。可能要车9平6，将来必要时士6进5。车9平3会亏大本，所以我说是欺着。

客气了车9平3后，出路不畅，总要亏一些的。如果抱着让对方2-3先的心理，又走得精确的话，可能还可以吧。只是下指导棋没问题，在团体赛这样下相当冒险。要走横车对横车，单提马的布阵比较容易走。要顺炮横车对横车，可能不要急于车9平3，先马2进3或卒7进1较好。黑车有平3、平6以及车1进1后车9平4邀兑的选择。炮2平3再车9平3，我说欺着是开玩笑，不过这两着加在一起，是很大的失误。

Other teams had put more focus on Boonlay ,White sand A/B and ended up 义顺南，甘邦格南 break through.
This can be analysis from 棋人生 posted articles "detailed Results of all 110 Boards".
Don't misunderstand that i am saying that their team are no good but is less challenge due to less focus.

Another good method is the World Cup method, i.e. to have e.g. 11 teams of ....
10 players each with 5 graded and 5 non-graded to play under the individuals sydtem, after 2 or 3 rounds of 60 minutes system or 4 or 5 rounds of 30 minutes system, to sum up the scores of all 10 members under the same team, this could be a better way to rate the standard in the same competition.
For Round 1, we could have a random pairing but also to ensure graded play with non-graded and all 10 opponent players are from 10 different team. The pairing of Round 2 and after will be handled by software totally.
If due to budget problem, we could use this method for 全国选区象棋团体赛 in future. In this way, we may not have individual prizes and only the team prizes.
