1. Pay the money to buy your bond and feel free to go anywhere...

2. Put the money as deposit in MOE and collect it back when you come back and serve the bond...

if you cannot afford it, try not to do it.

Or there are other options:

1. Borrow from someone or loan from some sources to pay it first. Then pay the debt in the future. I know several cases in which people do this.

2. If you are really good enough, some company will pay it for you, which means they think you worth it...
