一些关于group project的问题

Thanks for your replies. As to the leadership issue, I still have some doubtsIn most cases, there's nobody in the group who is qualified to be the leader. All memebers have equal rights to decide and judge. The best you can do is to propose and recommend, which is nearest to being the leader. It is the case at least from my past experiences. Could Mr ChenXing amplify his answer? I'm very interested in the discussion of this problem, in part because it involves decision making process and probably in exams of CS2250! By the way, Mr ChenXing's idea is very similar to Vroom-Yetton Model of decision making process. Are you referring to that model? Many thanks.

一般的,你想作为一个project的leader,得提前在这个module上下点功夫。起码懂得的东东要比其他的组员要多点。

这样的话,你对整个project会有个大致的方向感,能够schedule一下整个project。。

如果你是leader,在meeting的时候,你对project一点头绪都没,指望依靠大家的mind-storm来搞,这样的想法最不好。很浪费时间,而且没有效率。要么会发生争吵,要么就是大家都无头绪的瞎闹。


是的,的确在大多数情况下,大家都是在学一个新的东西,都是差不多的样子。但是总得有一个人比较out-standing吧?需要给大家以目标,给大家以信心,给大家以压力吧?这就是leader啦。。作为leader,就是要懂得的东东比其他组员多。

嘿嘿。其实做leader也有好处啊。。可以把任务分派给组员来干。。你可以自己干的活少点。。

偶很懒的。。偶一般都用第一条和第二条。。。2250学的东西,还有有点用处嘀。。
