哦哦，可是我在ICA的网站上看到有这样一段话： ICA accepts translation done by the Embassy of the document-issuing country or a local Notary Public. （在http://www.ica.gov.sg/page.aspx?pageid=151 后面Additional Information的第二条）这里的local Notary Public 指的是新加坡的公证处吗？国内的公证处这边认可吗？ 谢谢您
