请问我在这种情况下把这条新闻转到华新上来： 1. 如果SPH想追究，会有被起诉的风险么？
另外，如果华新要求用户发的信息必须符合法规，如果任何内容的纠纷用户本身要承担责任， 2. 这种情况下，华新会被追究什么责任么？
