Pls note that we will reimburse you based on our cheapest quotation. After your return from your trip, pls submit the following documents so that I can proceed to make the reimbursement for you:

1) airticket
2) boarding pass
3) invoice/receipt
4) a copy of passport
5) appointment/offer letter (once you have secured an employment and if you are not pursuing graduate programme)
6) Form 1B
