"With regards to the airticket claim, you can proceed to buy your own airticket (2-way return trip) and make your claim upon your return to Singapore. Pls note that we will reimburse you based on our cheapest quotation. After your return from your trip, pls submit the following documents so that I can proceed to make the reimbursement for you:
1) airticket
2) boarding pass
3) invoice/receipt
4) a copy of passport
5) appointment/offer letter (once you have secured an employment and if you are not pursuing graduate programme)
6) Form 1B
