Slightly faster:
97 to City Hall, change to 36. Since 36 is express on ECP, it takes much shorter time than the previous scheme.
Anyway... the fastest cheap way is still to take MRT!

As not all goin Changi, some goin pasir ris as well

But based on my experience, I can get to the airport in 1 to 1.5 hours from NUS.
