还是不对头管理费或者说是物业费，是物业大会上定好的，该交多少就是多少。业主选择物业公司的时候，就已经签订合同确定了每个月需要支付多少钱给物业公司。物业做东西赚取管理费的说法从未听过。

意思是，物业需要做些东西。
