不知道公司要以什么理由基于文化,纪律 还是什么
加入公司承认有错, 潜在的liability 可能 也有点吃不消
员工以个人目的的个人行为 拿来说事 估计难
但或许可以从工作上挑一些。 但为了避嫌 也不好马上就开除
其实留着他 给团队所有有人都是警醒 或许也是有效。
On 31 March three charges were read out to Yee in the State Courts of Singapore, two of which were related to the 2015 video. Facebook都没犹豫。 那个小中为死者同悲,有正义感。反而看,这个坡上阿三个人素质低下暴露无遗,公司开除他理由可以很多- 败坏公司形象,一条就够了。
