通常不可以
据我所知警察通常没有法庭指令不会披露对方的信息。
但是你告别人不需要获得这些信息也可以告。
香港占中的时候申请禁止令的申请是这样写的：
Lai Hoi Ping and Another v Persons occupying portions of Nathan Road near to and between Argyle Street and Dundas Street to prevent or obstruct normal vehicular traffic from passing and Repassing the Occupied Areas and Another HCMP 2975 & 2976/2014;
并不需要指名道姓。
