解决方法:偶实在是受不了了,就发了email给IT care,他们过了两天给我回信了。。。。

Please try the following instructions.
1. Please click on Control Panel --> Network Connections --> Advanced --> Advanced Settings.
2. Under Connections, please ensure that the "Local Area Connection" is first on the list and follow by wireless connection. Please assign "Local Area Connection 2" on first if it is your main connection.
3. Please run it to reset the login script. http://spnp.nus.edu.sg/faq/UrtClientUninstall.bat
4. Please ensure that there is No "i", "h" and "y" connected to your hardware drive. These letter will be reserved for network drive. Please check if i drive is connected to your network drive.
5. Please restart your computer and try again.
Please provide us the following information if problem persists.
- Location:
- Contact Number:
- Network Point Label:
- Pls run the network diagnostic tool attached and email us the generated log file. Please run it on the PC & n/w point which you facing this problem.
Kindly revert back in case of any further clarifications or if the issue still persists .
