1. Please click on Control Panel --> Network Connections --> Advanced --> Advanced Settings.
2. Under Connections, please ensure that the "Local Area Connection" is first on the list and follow by wireless connection. Please assign "Local Area Connection 2" on first if it is your main connection.
4. Please ensure that there is No "i", "h" and "y" connected to your hardware drive. These letter will be reserved for network drive. Please check if i drive is connected to your network drive.
5. Please restart your computer and try again.

- Pls run the network diagnostic tool attached and email us the generated log file. Please run it on the PC & n/w point which you facing this problem.
