My agent has submitted application for first appointment of Resale HDB.

I found out that only one person is on the seller's name list.
Agent said that owner's wife was deceased, but he was not willing to mention it for some reason previously.

On the OTP form, his wife's name is on the Seller's name. But when signing OTP, the seller
said his wife will sign a few days later when she was back to Singapore.
Another thing is that when signing OTP, we passed the owner a check for OTP fee plus deposit together, which is $5000.

As we feel we are treated and also not comfortable,
we wrote an email to ask HDB to invalidate this application and request the deposit returned to us.

Besides this, is there anything we can do? Need your inputs urgently.

看到 HDB条款 说（ Before first appointment）Either the buyer or seller can withdraw HDB resale application via written notice to HDB.

但是没有讲可以或不可以claim多少deposit回来；还有，如果可以withdraw， 中介费的问题怎么解决？


我的情况是 OTP上seller是2个人， application上是一个人，属于对方false declartion。


另外，我们的loan的批准日期也是在excise otp之后， 这个好像不合规范。

或者你打电话去银行问一下，看支票有没有兑现，没有的话就赶紧cancel

otp合同有这个seller，但是没有她的签名，我知道有签名就好了，假签名肯定是会让合同无效。
对于这个有名没有签名的合同，我就不知算不算无效了。

之后打电话给中介，中介找seller，然后回答我屋主是不好意思讲这个事情，然后提议3方签个协议，把OTP上的名字问题搞定，以便继续HDB的申请。我于是明确告诉他，我们由于这个cover和false declartion，不想继续买房。
中介于是问是否看中别的房子（这里有什么套么？），我表示没有，然后要求他去settle。至今无回应。

朋友建议找国会议员写信给HDB，叙述我们新移民的遭遇，通过他们给agent施加压力。

合同的问题来sue回去。不知鹿死谁手。

她丈夫已经去世。不影响买卖文件的validity啊，只要可以provide死亡证书就行了。

我们的情况是：屋主在otp的seller list上写了他和他妻子的名字，他自己签了名，但是没有他妻子的签名（其实他的妻子已经去世了），他在签合同前向我们隐瞒了这个事实，当我们问他他的妻子什么时候签名，他说过几天会签的，过了几天去问agent说已经签好了，其实是没有签的，他在骗我们。我们就在只有他签名而没有他妻子签名的情况下就付了5k定金（OTP的时候），在定好first appointment的日子后，才查到其实他的妻子已经不在了。在hdb也查到excise OTP的日期是在5k被取出来的后一天。
是否可以说这个otp合同是无效的，请比较懂法律或有类似经历的朋友帮我们看看。
