我刚刚开始工作，除了default的medisave和employer买的之外还没有买其它的保险，有几个问题想问问大家的意见。

1）听说保险这个东西越早买越好，有道理吗？

2）30岁之前适合什么样的保险？

3）保险金（in total）大概占自己收入（包括CPF）的百分之几比较好。

4）如果我是一个risk taker，除了投资保险和股票之外，还有没有其他的选择？

据我所知AIA好像是亚洲的第一家，但不是唯一的一家AAA保险公司。也许仅仅是在人寿保险公司里是唯一的吧。

AAA Extremely strong and the highest rating.
AA Very strong and just slightly lower than AAA.
A Strong but more likely to be affected by adverse business conditions.
BBB Good but more likely to be affected than higher-rated insurers
BB Marginal financial security characteristics and adverse conditions could lead to insufficient ability to meet financial commitments
B Weak and adverse conditions will likely impair ability to fulfil commitments
pi Stands for "public information" and indicates the rating method used.
Plus (+) or minus (-) following ratings show relative standing within the major rating categories

对呀,AIA 是 AAA life insurance company(人寿保险公司) ,我们公司在日本还有其他国家的名字不叫AIA , 其实我们的general insurnace commercial and industrial insurance 主要不通过AIA distribute , 而是通过我们母公司AIG American General (a top-ranked life insurer),就是你在singapore cinatown 的travel agency 买飞机票的时候或是去申请旅游的时候可以看到我们很多的AIG 的travel insurance.所以如果谈到 commercial and industrial insurance你可能只知道AIG,就不知道AIA lor 因为AIA 是提供的个人服务的较多.
